You will be met by your driver at the Kilimanjaro Airport and he will transfer you just outside of Arusha town to the Arumeru River Lodge for your overnight stay. Here you will unwind and enjoy your first wildlife encounter by just walking in the tropical garden.
After an early breakfast, your driver will drive you to Arusha Airport where you will take a flight to Kuro Airstrip on Air Excel in Tarangire National Park. Refreshments will be served when you land while your guide briefs you about your journey. He will transfer you to Olivers where you will be served lunch. You will then head to the bushes for your first game drive after which you will return to the camp for dinner and drinks around the campfire before you turn in for the night.
After an early breakfast in camp, you will head for a morning walking safari for 3-4 hours with your guide who will take you into the bush in Tarangire National Park. Here, you will have a chance to spot, buffaloes, elephants, gazelles and of course, the big cats. A picnic lunch will be served under the shade of the large baobab trees before you head back to camp. After your dinner and drinks around the campfire, you will rest for another busy morning.
You will be transferred back to Kuro Airstrip for your Air Excel flight to Manyara Airstrip after breakfast. On arrival at Lake Manyara, you will be met by your driver who will transfer you to Lake Manyara National Park. Lake Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions are mostly found on ancient mahogany and elegant acacias during the rainy season and are a rather rare feature of the northern park. In addition to the lions, the national park is also home to the largest concentration of baboons anywhere in the world. Over 400 species of birds have been recorded within the park in addition to the wildlife. While on your game drive, your guide will provide you with a picnic lunch for your hotel as you make your way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to The Highlands. After your game-drive, you will head back to the camp for a relaxing dinner and an overnight.
You will begin your drive from The Highlands to the Ngorongoro Crater rim after breakfast where you will spend the morning exploring the vast 300 sq km crater floor of the crater. Here you will get a chance to see all of the Big 5 in the crater (rhino, lion, leopard, elephant, and buffalo) not to mention other resident zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and gazelles. You will be served a picnic lunch, and in the afternoon, for those interested in visiting the local Maasai communities close to camp will be taken there to get an insight into the traditional way of life that has defined this corner of East Africa for centuries.
After an early breakfast, your guide will transfer you to Manyara Airstrip for your flight to Seronera Airstrip in the Central Serengeti with your Regional Air flight. On arrival at Seronera, you will be met by your guide from your camp Dunia. Dunia is renowned for its wealth of wildlife, especially the big cats and is right in the path of the extraordinary annual Great Migration. When you arrive at your camp, you will have the opportunity to settle down and refresh before lunch after which you can head out on an afternoon game drive. Once back at camp, you will enjoy your dinner and a drink around the campfire.
After an early breakfast in camp, you will depart for your morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. A packed picnic lunch will be served before heading back to camp. Once back at camp you will have the opportunity to refresh and relax before your dinner and drink around the campfire.
After breakfast depart to Kogatende Airstrip in the Northern Serengeti from Seronera Airstrip with your Regional Air flight. When you arrive Kogatende, you will be met by a guide from Sayari. Sayari is remote from any populated areas and is a part of the Serengeti where the rocky hills and rolling plains make the scenery more interesting and undulating than the normal fairly flat topography. The Serengeti's only permanent river, the Mara, is wide and fast-flowing as it runs through this area, and is home to many crocodiles and hippos. After some refreshments and a briefing about the surrounding area, you will head off on a game drive en-route to camp. Lunch will be served as soon as you get to the camp after which you will then head out for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the beautiful Sayari Lodge.
After an early breakfast, your driver will take you for a game drive in Serengeti National Park. After enjoying a packed lunch from Sayari next to the river, you will head back to camp where you can relax and refresh before dinner and thereafter choose a drink to enjoy by the bar or the outside dining area.
After breakfast, depart for Kogatende Airstrip for your Regional Air flight to Kilimanjaro Airport where you will catch your connecting flight and continue to your destination.
